Project Description:
The new Brewing Process Control Center is 50,000 square foot, 3 story building situated in St. Louis. The building contains lab facilities that are used for the quality control of Anheuser-Busch products. Also, the building is used to monitor the brewing operations of the plant. The first floor of the building serves as the main shop area for Facilities.
The HVAC system that was designed for this building consists of a one hundred ton packaged air-cooled variable air volume roof top unit that serves the office, lab and control center portions of the building. An energy recovery system is utilized to enhace the efficiency of the system. The first floor Shop Area HVAC system consists of an indoor constant volume air handler with a roof mount forty ton air cooled condensing unit.
A LEED NC Certification is pending on this project.
