C&R Project: Christian Hospital Northeast – AHU Replacement

For the project that was completed at BJC’s Christian Hospital Northeast in St. Louis, MO, C&R was responsible for reconditioning approximately 150,000 square feet of space. In order to accomplish this, C&R install three new air handling units. Two of the units are “Fan Wall” Air Handling units (75k and 35k cfm) that were placed on the roof of the eleven story hospital. Existing duct systems were modified and renovated to add a return air system to the units. The third unit was replaced with a 12.5k cfm unit to service the eleventh floor offices.
All of the work was performed and completed in close coordination with daily flow of the hospital. BJC Christian Northeast remained in operation throughout the entire course of the project.
