C&R Mechanical worked from the design engineered by William Tao and Associates, on the renovations and additions on the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. A classroom building was converted into a lab/classroom space/administrative facility and an eight story building was constructed to serve as a dorm and cafeteria.

The HVAC system designed for this project included natural gas fired hot water boilers, electric water chiller, VAV hoods with controls and air side economizers.
