C&R Project: Tarlton Corporation Headquarters
C&R Services:
- Building Type: Building Green
- Project Type: HVAC, Design & Build
Project Description:
When deciding on the design of their new headquarters, located in St. Louis, MO, Tarlton aimed for a “Muddy Boots and Suits” under one roof theme. C&R Mechanical designed an HVAC system to incorporate into this building that would accommodate for office workers and field workers alike, ensuring that their comfort levels are maintained.
The system that was designed for Tarlton’s two story headquarters included a forty-five ton roof top unit, VAV units with reheat, fan terminal units, electronic controls, a hot water boiler and a spiral duct system.
Extensive design and planning went into the construction of this new facility. Because “Green” building practices were kept in mind throughout the entire process, the Tarlton Headquarters building is certified as a LEED NC Gold project.
