C&R Project: Tony’s Restaurant

C&R Mechanical was responsible for the design and installation of the HVAC system and Plumbing system serving the two-story restaurant.

The scope of work for this project required C&R to furnish and install a dedicated HVAC system.  This system included (1) self-contained unit, (1) fan coil unit (FUC), (8) life safety dampers, (1) make up air (MUA) unit, (4) exhaust fans, (42) supply and return grilles, (2) water source heat pumps, hot water and utility piping for owner furnished equipment.  For the plumbing scope of work there were multiple plumbing fixtures as well as utility piping servicing to and from said fixtures.
